So, here, my name is Greg Volpe, with the product marketing team at Workday, and I have a really great, really great colleague today. Gonna bring you through the, the session, on respective solution areas. We have Indi Banes, Shadle Shaw, Ryan Ganley, and Ian Cassidy. And before we get started, I know there was a note that came across the screen, but, also, if you have any questions during the session today, please, ask away in the q and a, section tab on the upper right hand corner of the screen, and we'll get to those as we can, throughout this throughout the session today. And then if we have time at the end, we'll we'll also have a q and a, session as as we can. So for today's presentation, really excited to share the highlights of our twenty twenty five r '1 release innovation through the lens of industry specific and OCFO cross industry specifics, perspectives, especially with some focus on the continued evolution of Workday Illuminate AI capabilities. Additionally, we are also really excited, to highlight the reimagined, solution marketplace. So we have a lot to cover, so let's get started. So today, we know CFOs are looking for both to both protect and grow the value of their businesses. And to do that, they are looking for insights that drive sustainable growth. Also, how AI and other types of innovation can can help them transform to fuel operational excellence. And in light of the climate, in today's climate, become resilient and mitigate risk. While these have been the goals of OCFOs, the difference now with Workday Investments and with Workday Illuminate specifically is that we believe we have the most trusted data source with superior AI learning and recommendations. Also, we believe our AI innovation has made true transformation, reinvention, and removal of manual business processes, and we can use AI applied to planning and more to truly confidently predict what's next so that as we go through our session, we'll bring these concepts to life in some of our in some of our enhancements delivered in this this latest release. So, from momentum perspective in the office of OCFO, we have surpassed way over 2,200 plus financial management customers, twenty two seventy five as you can see there, with over 70% live. We serve over 2,700 procurement organizations with our spend management solution, and we've exceeded 6,800 planning customers. We have a number of both new wins and new go lives as you can see, some really compelling new customers. We are also proud of some of the recent accolades, which include being recognized by our customers and awarded the customer choice award by Gartner Peer Insights. Finally, we are also the only ERP vendor to be named leader in the ERP planning in HCM MQs, including being recognized by as a visionary in the Magic Quadrant for contract life cycle management. Upcoming, Indi will also highlight a recent 2025 award for student, which we are very excited about. And as mentioned, we have been recognized by our customers and awarded the customer choice award by Gartner Pure Insights across the board. So really exciting news and validates Workday as a market leader. We continue to see great momentum selling our solutions across industries, specifically service based industries. In fact, it continues to be Workday's fastest growing segment. And as you can see some great new logos additions to the slides across all industries for Workday. As mentioned before, we'll be looking at the twenty twenty five r '1 enhancements both from a industry specific vertical perspective and cross industry horizontal perspective. But before we get started, I would like to ask Indy to share with us the latest on the Workday marketplace and then continue with a tremendous innovation for industry. So, Indy, over to you. Thank you, Greg, and a warm welcome to everyone tuning in. As Greg said, let's start by, sharing some context with you around the Workday marketplace. We will be sharing with you updates coming from both Workday and our partner ecosystem. As a reminder, the Workday marketplace plays a critical role in how we curate that solution exploration for our customers. And we continue to see that the Workday marketplace is driving value with this, really critical flywheel effect, engaging customers and partners alike with ways to accelerate and extend the use of Workday. Now we want to bring this to life a little bit more for you. So let's use retail as an example of how Workday helps customers scale key business processes while staying connected to their industry ecosystem. So in this example, Workday serves as the source for financial accounting, planning, reporting, analytics. And since retails often need best in breed solutions, we integrate with key partners across the solution landscape. So in the case of retail, if we look at for record report, we use Visual Lease for lease accounting, Kyriba's Workday bank connectivity to streamline bank transactions, and Workiva to create audit and regulatory reports with Workday data. Then if we turn our attention to audited cash, SymphonyAI handles merchandising. Our POS integration connects to any system, and Trintech's POS reconciliation helps clean up, those high volume transactions before feeding them into Workday. And then very importantly, looking at the procure to pay process, Hyland supports three way matching, and active cyber provides demand and supply planning templates to jump start inventory planning. So just one example in one industry, how Workday scales those mission critical processes connecting to all the innovation happening in that industry ecosystem to that breast of, breed solution set. So with that said, we have a lot to cover here. In twenty twenty five r one, we are delivering very focused industry use case based enhancements. We won't have time to cover all of it, but I will try to highlight some key enhancements, and you will have the ability to go deeper into all of them later. So we will get started. And the first stop we have today is with professional services. Here, I want to highlight a big milestone for professional and business services, and that is Workday services CPQ, which is now generally available, and it is a game changer. The new configure price and quote solution is built specifically for services organizations, making Workday the only ERP with a quoting tool that connects the full project life cycle in one system. It boosts efficiency, gives better visibility into resource needs, and setting customers up for success. Now we already have live customers, they're gaining value from this today and we're excited to bring this much needed capability to the industry as part of our continued investment in PSA. You'll hear more about other, updates, relevant to this industry, like projects in career hub and customer invoice proposal comments later as we get into the OCFO's section. Next up, in our industry, track here is retail hospitality, and we've got a few here. So first, the the visual lease complete lease optimization solution. This streamlines lease management processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and enhanced operational efficiency. Three key things I'll mention here. First, bidirectional information flow, enhancing the reliability and accuracy of lease management data. Second, automated data entry and lease calculations, reduce manual workload, minimize errors, and also boost productivity. And the third key point, is enabling customers to optimize investment in both Workday and Tango and scale beyond retail lease functions to achieve cross functional management, reporting, and insights across really the full retail real estate lifecycle platform. Staying, still with, retail and hospitality, let's go to the next update. Now here, Workday and Trinsek have teamed up to offer three package solutions, POS reconciliation, advanced close for workday financials, and advanced close for adaptive planning and consolidation. A couple of key things I'll surface here. First, POS reconciliation automates complex, high volume, multi way matching, and complex data collection, improves accuracy and speeds up close processes with built in machine learning to spot exceptions and suggest improvements. With advanced close to Workday financials, this helps customers get more from their Workday and tango investments, going beyond lease management to deliver full retail, real estate life cycle insights, reporting, and cross functional control. Let's move on to the next couple of updates. So through the industry accelerator program, which we have talked about, previously as we have different updates with our partner ecosystem. Workday has partnered with KPMG and Accenture to create tailored solutions here for retail and hospitality industries, all built on the Workday platform. So first, KPMG's accelerator, developed by experts in finance, HR, procurement, and operations, in KPMG's practice, helps customers get more value faster. And the key features here include best practice Workday processes for high volume recruiting and mass hiring, which is critical, in this industry, an industry specific data model to support financial reporting like, tracking store manager productivity, and then, also integration with Trintech to automate POS revenue reconciliation. Let's turn our attention to the second, accelerator industry accelerator that I wanted to mention here. And this is with Accenture where we've co developed a financials, focused industry accelerator for retail to tackle key challenges and help customers, again, see value faster. So this includes prebuilt integration connectors and design guidance, a retail reference data model, with commonly used dimensions, expert vetted merchandise and inventory metrics powered by Workday financials data to drive retail specific KPIs. So, again, examples of how the industry expertise from our ecosystem, is there and available for you to leverage in your industry, and the marketplace provides a lot more detail as you look across various industries to see what's available. Let's now actually turn attention to, the tech industry. And here we're going to talk about customer portal payments. So excited to announce, the the Maxi Group's customer portal, payment, offering here that transforms how small and midsize businesses manage customer payments. Especially relevant to tech customers, this solution leverages Workday out of the box, customer portal and integrates seamlessly with Stripe. So what does this, provide? Three specific things I'll highlight, eliminate the need for custom development, provide fully automated self-service payment experience, and support multi currency, in fact, a 35 plus payment types. Next up, let's look at health care. Couple of things will surface here. So, wave picking of inventory, allows supply chain workers to pick items in logical groups to minimize time searching, for items, on, backtracking across locations. This is this is the kind of use case we hear about as we work with customers in this specific industry, and we are focused on finding out how can we make those optimizations. And this is one example. Another example of this is how we are optimizing workflows and leveraging our native mobile app to increase efficiency for health care providers. So specific use cases, each release, more and more use cases being covered. Another use case here, for health care as well, Bill Ollie solution from Huron. This is, available also on the marketplace, this app, designed specifically for unique The challenge the unique challenge that health care organizations face with managing, supplies that are not purchased and stored inventory, but rather, brought into, procedure rooms by vendors or managed via consignment. This, streamlines the process by creating a, bill only requisition on the fly for a specific supply used in a, patient procedure. So a very specific use case for health care again. Next, let's, go to public sector, higher ed. Now managing grants across higher ed, health care, government, or nonprofits actually, can be complex and costly. Workday simplifies this by unifying people, compliance, and funding management into one trusted platform, delivering the speed, accuracy, and the insights needed to reinvest in research and communities. So in twenty twenty five r one, customers have new enhancements to handle complex salary caps for grants, better visibility, for, effort reporting when retroactive pay occurs, a number of experience in ASMMs for better task, completion in billing, and support for new security, options to allow your research community to keep visibility into the grant funding while still keeping the, relevant, HR views access they need as they move and grow in their careers. We have another update we'll share, across this set of industries, again, for higher ed, government, and nonprofits, Managing money and staying transparent with donors and stakeholders gets complicated fast. Workday, is helping to simplify all of this, making it easier to award funds, manage contracts, and stay compliant all in one system. In 2025 r one, customers have new enhancements to improve the UX for our public site users with custom fields and multiple award flexibility, providing greater control over data and ensuring compliance. They also have, improved spend tracking and streamlined contract administration for more complex agreements, as well as streamlined UX for multi participant and multi supplier contracts. So some very, I think very important updates to use cases across the public sector there. Now we're going to now focus on specifically student in higher ed. And as Greg mentioned earlier, Workday Student was named a leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for higher education student information systems. We want to thank our customers, our amazing higher ed customers, who have really helped us define the future of higher ed through our collaboration with student. And, we are bringing more and more to this, community with each release. So let's look at a few additional updates coming to you in this release for student. So, again, focusing on very specific use cases. And, today, if you're a director of admissions, you want prospective students to be able to submit their coursework online and and get an estimate of what will transfer and apply to their program of study before applying. Now with Workday, transfer candidates can submit a preliminary transfer before applying or being admitted, giving them visibility into the earlier, into the process earlier. This was traditionally done only after admission. But universities are increasingly focused on students with transfer credits, due to the demographic shifts in the student population. So this is a a a key one for our higher ed institutions. And continue with higher ed, let's discuss preventing bad data with, error checks. Now for this update, the challenge here is cleaning up bad data, which is typically a very manual, effort and can be time consuming, of course. So with Workday, in this release, further announcements, parameters are set behind the scenes to send alerts when data is entered outside a specific, specified range, proactively validate value, values that are entered by the end users in the amount and data field, and alert the user to values that appear to be outliers. The other point here that I want to make is how it accurately reflects student accounts upon reassessment. We have, I think we have another one or two left for student. So now let's talk about wait list expiration and confirmation in the next update. So the challenge here is registrars, want to better communicate around wait lists, and students need real time insight into this, status during registrations. So with Workday now, registrars can set rules for notifying students about, wait list, changes. Students can choose to keep their spot, move to the end, or be removed even if they don't respond. And the system also gives students a chance to resolve issues and move into open seats automatically, removing the need for manual tracking by registrars. And the last update I want to share with you here from a student perspective is around course search. And, the challenge here is, you know, unable to view course section details when searching for courses. Additional steps are required to run the course section report. Now with Workday, a fine course report will display published course sections and the available, seat activity, group section, and students will have the, improved experience of searching for courses and sections. So a lot of updates that I shared with you there, just a cross section of the updates and the industry specific updates that have happened across all industries in this release. But I'm gonna hand it back over to Greg as we continue, our, webinar here to share with you, the innovation that's happening across industry. Yeah. Thanks, Cindy. What what great innovations, that you just spoke to. Fantastic. So, as we continue on here, Workday is well positioned to help address, the key business challenges our customers are grappling with today and our solutions and investments in innovation, specifically around Workday Illuminate AI and key our key to supporting the office of CFO's move into becoming a more forward thinking organization. And the solutions we're gonna be talking about today are, intelligent data core, autonomous finance operations, intelligent planning, and strategic spend management. And before we get into the details, just a reminder about how Workday Illuminate AI capabilities continues to evolve throughout our office of the CFO solutions, and we'll be high highlighting several new new capabilities for this twenty twenty five r '1 release. These innovations, as well as the upcoming road map, demonstrate Workday's commitment to continuous innovation and truly allow organizations to become more forward thinking. And Workday Illuminate isn't just about helping our customers move faster. It's about enabling profound shift that redefines how businesses operate. At its core, Workday Illuminate empowers the transfer this transformation through three key elements, accelerate, assist, and transform. Accelerate and assist, these capabilities streamline existing workflow workflows, boosting efficiency and productivity. This impact is immediate and tangible, leading to a leaner, more agile organization. Transform. This is where the true power of Workday Illuminate AI shines. By fundamentally rethinking, by by fundamentally rethinking entire business processes, transform enables our customers to achieve exponential value by doing things differently and better. So with the increased emphasis on Workday Illuminate, we just wanted to remind you of the current delivered use cases across our OCFO solutions. And so at this point, I'd like to turn it over to Shadle to walk us through the tremendous innovations of Workday's intelligent data core. Shadle, over to you. Thank you, Greg. Welcome, everybody. With that, let's get started. I'm gonna jump right into it. I'm going to walk you through the updates to our intelligent data core today. Now just a reminder, the intelligent data core is a solution that helps companies harness the power of their data as a competitive advantage by integrating not only external data, but also blending it with Workday financial and worker data, automating accounting creation, and expanding depth of insights for reporting and analysis. So with that, let's see what's coming in 2025 r one for, Prism Analytics. So I'm excited to share a couple new enhancements, for Prism that is going to make it easier for our customers to ingest, secure, blend, and transform large volumes of data regardless of the source. So, let's focus on the first one, direct cloud data warehouse connectors. So previously, users imported external data via CSV uploads or API integrations, which often required IT support. Now with direct cloud data warehouse connectors, users can pull data directly from external sources without needing IT intervention, which will then in turn simplify integration and accelerate insights. I don't know if y'all remember, but we, launched our Salesforce connector in 2025 for r two. We're just expanding the that capability and the support to now Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and AWS Redshift, which will make non work data and data integration even more seamless for our customers. And the other two capabilities or enhancements you see on the slide, analytic dimensions and management console update, also empower users to blend and transform all their data within Prism more efficiently. And, just a reminder, you will have a chance when you get the slides, you will be able to go to into more details, for all of these capabilities and enhancements. Alright. So let's see what's happening to in our accounting center for Workday. So the strong momentum for Workday accounting center still continues. Now with more than 350 customers across all industries, companies are using accounting center to solve complex business challenges and gain granular insights into their data within a single system of record. So what does that mean? Let me give you a few examples of how companies are using accounting center data and accounting center, across various industries. So for example, health care, is leveraging accounting center data to integrate patient revenue data and calculate net patient revenue on gross AR. For, retail and hospitality, they're using accounting center to transform point of sale data into accounting to recognize revenue. A big one for tech is automating stock comp based compensation accounting to handle both restricted and stock option options. For insurance, you know, companies are using accounting center to transform premium revenue into accounting. So with that, let's see what's coming in accounting center for twenty twenty five r one. The big one that we have, enhancement that that's coming for accounting center is the OfficeConnect for accounting center. I know a lot of folks have been waiting for this. So customers will now be able to leverage OfficeConnect for accounting center, extending Excel like reporting and analysis capability beyond just Workday Financial Management data. This is gonna make it easier to create reports, perform analysis on data from the general ledger, detailed ledger, and now extremely rich and granular accounting source data. And, couple other enhancements coming for, accounting center are manual journal EIB enhancements, which is just to streamline the creation of manual journal entries as well as enhancements to our security controls for accounting center to address challenges of limited data access customization. So with that, let me get jump into, a demo to kind of showcase what accounting, office center for accounting center will, look like. In this demo, we will quickly showcase how accounting center data can now be used within OfficeConnect. Previously, OfficeConnect supported ad hoc analysis of financials and plan data. With this update, you can now access accounting center data within OfficeConnect, unlocking a new level of detail for better decision making. Now here on the screen, we're viewing a service line report in OfficeConnect. By selecting show details, a new tab opens up with granular data far beyond the summarized info many organizations typically access. Previously, getting specifics like claim number or type often meant switching to another system. But now with all this data in one place, OfficeConnect makes ad hoc analysis easier and provides deeper financial insights to support smarter decisions. So I hopefully, that gave you some insight into what OfficeConnect for accounting center will look like. With that, let's jump right into our reporting and analytics. Workday's analytics capabilities are purpose built for finance and HR with a unique data model that provides robust dimensionality and the ability to access granular levels of detailed data. So with that, let me kinda go through what's coming for twenty twenty five r one across all our reporting tools. So first and foremost, we are, bringing more options to your data, Paul, with conditional highlighting in discovery boards. So with this enhancement, you'll be now able to bring your table visualization to life by highlighting key data points based on your own rules. You know, in the past, if you're thinking, you know, I wanna be able to emphasize states, flag critical values, spotlight important trends, all that will now be possible with conditional highlighting in discovery boards. A couple other enhancements across our reporting tools are access restriction support for discovery boards. What that means is is, is that we are now enhancing security within discovery boards by introducing more control over discovery boards and the data in them. And another excitement exciting update, for twenty five r '1 is that customers can now configure and customize work to deliver business views to fit the unique needs of reporting needs of each each of their organizations so that they can make confident data driven decisions. So that pretty much brings my section to an end. This slide kind of gives you, a list of all the features we've delivered in the last year and what we are planning on delivering next. And with that, I will hand it over to Ryan to talk about our automated and scalable finance operations. Over to you, Ryan. Thank you, Shadle, and hello, everyone. We have a lot of great enhancements, designed to help you automate your financial business processes. For the most part, I'm gonna be focusing on one feature per business process with some brief demos to highlight some of those features as well. So let's work our way through, starting with record report. So here, our vision is to transform the close process, moving companies out of a siloed, ineffective, and error prone process, and that's represented by the top flow here. Today, we've already dramatically improved this for our customers, helping you realize significant time and cost savings, and also helping you reallocate time and resources to focus on analysis. This is represented by the middle flow. Where we're headed in the future is to remove all manual work and automate up to 90% of this process and to reallocate even more time to analysis in business partnerships and as represented by the bottom flow here. So now let's get into what we've added in the latest release that moves us closer to our goal. So in twenty four r two, we launched the closing consolidation hub, which gives you a single global view of financial consolidation across your business. In twenty five r one, we've added the ability to personalize its visualization cards. You can now highlight critical close metrics and insights from custom and standard reports tailored and tailor the hub to your specific business needs. So I do have a brief demo to show you here. Starting with the hub, the dashboard view is where you can find consolidated financial reporting, including the consolidated budget versus actuals, a trial balance report, and the balance sheet. As we navigate into the closed task view, I wanna highlight the ability to do additional configuration, like customizing card titles, subtitles, and help text. You can also customize navigation to task and reports from related actions, and the ability to link custom and other standard reports. So now with that, we'll shift on to procure to pay. So paying special attention to our enhancements for accounts payable teams, our goal here is to free up resources from non value added tasks, reduce errors, and gain control over costs. Some recent research from Forrester highlights that by taking advantage of AI and other automation investments, companies have the ability to reduce AP workloads by 70%, and this helps mitigate risk to not meeting new requirements like e e invoicing mandates and helps improve supplier relationships. So there is a lot of benefits to driving automation and transformation throughout accounts payable. So let's take a look at what we've delivered for twenty five r one. So I'm gonna touch on two here because they sort of do go hand in hand. First up is supplier invoice scanning field highlighting, which makes it easier and faster to review and validate supplier invoices scanned into Workday. It reduces the time spent comparing invoices to the attachment as it highlights exactly where the data is pulled from on the invoice and it is in the system. And this improves financial data and reporting and increases the trustworthiness in invoice accuracy. We've also added invoice attachment viewer, which makes it easier to pop out attachments into a new window to effortlessly compare and analyze supplier invoices. I also have, two demos here as well that we can share. This invoice, notice when the mouse hovers over number two and number four, annotations highlight fields where those values came from on the PDF invoice that was scanned in. Annotations can simply be turned on and off and are also bidirectional, meaning if you click the value on the PDF, it'll automatically take you to where that value is in Workday. Workday now allows you to undock a PDF to a new separate window so you can move it to a separate monitor, giving you more real estate on Workday's invoice to review and submit for approval. So now we're gonna move on to cash and pay. So here, our focus we're focused on helping you quickly and securely integrate with your banks. Thanks to our Workday bank connectivity offering we introduced last year, which is powered by Kyriba. We help reduce the cost to integrate by up to 70%. That combined with our cash management, payments, and forecasting, this helps you gain greater visibility and control over cash to fund and plan your business events. So in twenty five r one, we wanna highlight AI matching for bank reconciliation exceptions. So when auto bank reconciliations cannot reconcile bank statement lines, exceptions occur, and manual bank reconciliations need to be done. This can be time consuming and require a lot of analysis and research. By embedding AI here, we wanna use it to match or use it to match these bank statement lines with the exceptions. So here, AI analyzes historical reconciliation data and patterns to make these match recommendations, which the cash team reviews, interprets, and decides whether or not to apply the match. This saves time from investigating and researching how to reconcile the exceptions, making overall bank reconciliations faster and more accurate. And we are currently enabling this feature EA for our customers, and we have a demo for this as well. In this brief demo, you can see by selecting the AI match for the list of unreconciled lines. Suggestions are then prompted with the help of AI. And once you have reviewed and confirmed, you can select to reconcile the match. Alright. So now we'll move into our opportunity to cash. Our goal is to provide you with a unified system that streamlines the opportunity to cash process to ultimately help your organization optimize how they monetize their business and recognize revenue. Before we get into the features, wanted to call out, we were recently recognized as the number one vendor for revenue management revenue management by, MJI. For the past few releases, we have been investing in improved revenue recognition granularity. We started off with the time and expense. And in twenty four r two, we enabled it for fixed fee projects that used fixed fee by hour. In twenty five r one, we have enhanced revenue recognition granularity by incorporating percentage complete by, so cost cost for billable projects with contract lines at the phase and task level. This brings us closer to finishing the thought on improving revenue recognition granularity. From here, we'll move on to our staff to deliver. So as we take, Workday's vision for staff to deliver or professional services automation, we we engage users across the organization from operations, including project and practice managers, as well as finance and HR. The feature we wanna highlight here and what Indi touched on earlier is our services CPQ. So for those of you that have been following our journey with Workday services CPQ, we are very excited. This offering is now GA. For those of you learning about it for the first time, services CPQ is our ability to configure and price service specific quotes. Again, as Indi mentioned in the PBS industry section, we have seen tremendous momentum with over 17 customers. This is a game changer for PSA. Workday is the only ERP to deliver a services specific quoting solution that unites the entire project life cycle into one system, leading to operational efficiency by connecting opportunity data in the CRM, pricing, document creation, approvals through the configure configured business process frameworks, billing, reporting, and revenue planning, leading to easier insights into resource demand. So let's highlight some of the best value points with a quick demo here. Start Workday makes it easy for you to add services from a catalog, which instantly flows into a flexible quoting grid. From here, you can make updates, view services by multiple dimensions, and then easily create customer documents. Data flows directly to projects and project billing. No copy and pasting necessary. So as we wrap up here, on this slide, in the next is a summary that provides a a clear overview of the last three releases and a preview of what's coming. We are making great progress in delivering innovative AI use cases to help customers work smarter, not harder, and we have many more exciting enhancements to come in the future releases. With that, I'll now hand it back over to Greg for the planning updates. So over to you, Greg. Hey. Thank you, Brian. Wow. Great, innovations on that side. So really appreciate the time on that. So, next up. So welcome to intelligent planning. And keeping in line with our strategic investment themes, we'll be focusing today on new work adaptive planning capabilities in support of agile planning, connected planning, closing consolidation, and intelligent and scalable foundation. I'll high highlight a few key features from our most recent, release and then provide a high level summary for the upcoming road map. So for our first theme, agile planning is all about providing the agility and efficiency necessary to enable organization wide planning. So FP and A teams can spend less time data crunching and more time strategizing and ultimately outpace the change in their market. So let's take a look at highlights for this theme. So some really exciting capabilities are now available to our customers that greatly supports increased planning agility and gain visibility into critical data faster. One of the highlights is shareable scenarios, which is the next evolution for personal scenarios. So new for this release, a user has the ability to share their personal scenarios with other users to collaborate and make changes, providing an even more proactive planning experience. Additionally, with the new added workflow actions and automatic notifications, users will realize a more collaborative experience, and we've been seeing expanded use of scenarios across our customers, especially during this this current market climate. So let's take a look at a demo for shareable scenarios and notification. Imagine a revenue planner has a sales scenario, and they need input from other team members. The capability now exists to share a personal scenario. Now as that new person logs into their own instance, they will receive a notification, which in this example highlights how the scenario has been shared with them. This new person can now view the shared scenario and make their own adjustments as required. Once completed, the scenario can be submitted back for review. The original owner of the scenario will also receive a notification indicating that someone has submitted their updates. Finally, status can be reviewed for all collaborating users. So as you can see, shareable scenarios with workflow notifications are extremely powerful and provide users with much agility when planning as well as optimize the collaborative decision making. Our next theme is connected planning. And this is where business agility and faster decision making is high heightened when planning is aligned with execution and analysis. The end goal is closer alignment across FP and a, accounting, and HR teams where they can model, monitor, and analyze results in real time, and that's all with the with the Workday platform. So here are some highlights. For twenty twenty five r one, many new highlight updates for the planning configuration manager or what we call the PCM have been delivered. And as you likely know, PCM optimizes the setup and configuration of workday after planning for our customers who currently have Workday Financial Management or Human Capital Management. And so for twenty twenty five r one, we have now introduced the ability to create a workforce roster sheet within Workday Adaptive Planning, leveraging key HCM data dimensions and report fields. This will continue continue to streamline integration setup, minimize ongoing maintenance and support key use cases around planning for organizations workforce. These PCM enhancements as well as other new capabilities like updates for financial public financial plan publishing, a new organization, viewer, really will enhance customer value when it comes to connected planning. Next up is Workday adaptive planning's closing consolidation capabilities. With these, we can continue to provide a unified solution to drive value and alignment across finance and accounting teams. This, of course, is not new functionality for Workday, but rather a repackaging of existing capabilities. And for twenty twenty five r one, we have many new enhancements, for the solution, some of which that were just discussed by Ryan, including ability to customize data visualization cards, intercompany reconciliation report enhancements, and much more. Finally, in the area of intelligent and scalable foundation, we continue to enhance the foundation to offer intelligent planning with Workday Illuminate capabilities as well as optimize performance and scalability. From a Workday Illuminate perspective, there will be ongoing future innovation, including the evolution of agents to support key planning processes. Here are the highlights for twenty five r one. For twenty twenty five r one, Workday introduces new capabilities like updates for predictive forecaster, enterprise tenants, or tenant life cycle management, and bring your own key, which will all drive planning efficiency and performance for our customers. Additionally, really excited to introduce a very highly anticipated enhancement, and that is the cloud data connector, which will which will provide FP and A teams and other stakeholders unbounded access to timely trusted data to optimize optimize their planning their planning. Essentially, this connector enables seamless integration with external data cloud data warehouses. And for a 2025 r one, we will initially support integration with Snowflake for importing data. However, in future releases, this will also support connections to other sources like Encarta, Microsoft Fabric, and more, as well as enable drill through back to these sources. And here's a reference that gives you a better sense of what we've delivered in the past review three releases and a glimpse into the future. And that wraps up the highlights for intelligent planning. Now let me hand it over to Ian for proactive spend management. Over to you, Ian. Thank you very much, Greg. Really appreciate that, for some very exciting enhancements there. So, today, I am excited to be here to talk to you about our spend management solutions, as Greg said. So we're always looking to move the needle, in spend management as you can imagine. So whether that is by embedding AI into our product, to unlock efficiencies, increase agility in the sourcing process, or, looking for innovative ways to support each stage of the source of pay process. A key goal of ours is to really enable everyone in the office of procurement to position themselves as strategic leaders in their organization while obviously also improving the experience and user experience of each stage of that spend process. So, yeah, with that in mind, I'm really excited to walk, you through the 25 or one release updates. Today, like everyone else here, I'll be focusing on one feature per business process, but there's a lot of great things, and in the in the deck, and, obviously, you'll be, presented. So do be sure to check that out. So before I get in, I, I think it'd be remiss of me not to give a quick mention to our new and extremely powerful AI First, CLM SKUs or contract life cycle management SKU. Some of you may have seen the news and the recent press release of a recent, acquisition of Evisource, but we're super excited about the strength of, that this brings to our CLM capabilities as it uses purpose built AI to power every part of the contract life cycle. So it automates tedious manual tasks. It highlights risk and opportunities and makes it easier for legal and business teams to work together. Workday CLM gives you that end to end workflow and the unified intelligent contract repository, which gives, total visibility into the lifeblood of your organization, so those contracts. So with self-service and also configurable workflows here, there's also custom AI modeling. What it does is it allows you to adapt to new use cases as your needs evolve, which is obviously incredibly important. So, yeah, really excited about the progress, being made here integrating CLM into our source to pay process. And we really believe this is gonna empower, your you guys, the the procurement leaders, procurement professionals to think strategically within with AI and deliver even further beyond your usual value prop. So, so, yeah, very excited about that one. And now let's jump into the 25 or one release updates. So, obviously, we'll start at the source to contract, process. And for '25 or one, we're continuing our efforts here and our investment into automation and AI as you've seen by the previous slides. But today, we're really gonna be looking at some features which are supporting you in remaining agile and allowing you to make the right decisions at the right time. So I think that's super important in today's very dynamic world, and that that agility is really paramount paramount. So, for '25 or one, strategic sourcing is really there to empower you to navigate that change with confidence. So let's jump into, the first feature. So I'm gonna focus on the Dun and Bradstreet integration today. So with d and b D and B, this integration, you can strengthen your risk assessment of suppliers when it comes to key financial metrics, data, and health. So by surfacing this information into one centralized location, it it's gonna save you significant significant time, reduce errors, reduce the chance of a a flawed risk assessment, whether that's due to inefficient processes or even just simply difficulty in reaching the data. So, so really nice improvement there. And elsewhere in source to contract, we've continued to empower more confidence in decision making by automating OFAC and OneTrust screenings, minimizing evaluation bias with enhanced pricing controls, and improved security of sensitive supplier information. So, really great updates here that will hopefully empower you to navigate compliance, security, and and also evaluation with greater agility and confidence. Next, the Procure to Pay process. As I'm sure you're all aware, the drive for efficiency has definitely not lost any momentum as as we settle into 2025. And we know that organizations that you guys are looking even deeper within to understand what kind of drives efficiency within your teams, your tools, your process. And something that we've seen at the market there is is is actually a quality user experience. As basic as it sounds, it's something that really stands out, and you can see this is reflected in in a research by Hackett here as well. So, let's jump in and see how we are leveraging a quality user experience to drive efficiency throughout the procurement process. In today's fast evolving procurement landscape, working smarter, not harder, as you can imagine, is a real key in outpacing change. So for this release, we're really looking to empower you with the quality user experiences, as I said there, that that drives this efficiency and agility. So today, I wanted to highlight, something called multi supplier and multi participant contract. So what this update does is it enables you to manage a single contract with multiple suppliers and participants instead of having to create multiple contracts for each participant or supplier. So this reduced, obviously, contract workload. It provides a unified view of spending across all participants and flyers. And elsewhere in procure Procure to Pay, we have manually closing and reopening requisition lines beyond the header level and improved UX for non catalog requests. This this all provides a smoother, more compliant requisition process, hopefully enabling you to navigate that change or navigating dynamic worlds, with better efficiency and agility. So up next, our stop to replenish process. And in '25 or '1, we're continuing the drive to provide a clear, reliable data so you can make informed, confident decisions. So, let's jump in to see what features are new for this release. So I'm gonna focus on mass cancellation of inventory drafts. So we're introducing a mass cancellation capability to enable efficient cleanup across various transaction types. You probably think of this as a a spring clean given the timing of it. So this feature allows for batch cancellation of accumulated drafts, simplifying data cleanup, and reducing clutter. This can reduce confusion around which docs you should open or be working on, remove stress from your deployments for useless open documents. It can cause performance issues if they're if they build up for a long period of time. So, yeah, really, really nice chance to kinda clean up things there. And stretching further across the stock replenish process, MPN and manufacturer numbers now can be used as primary attributes, and restricting access to ad hoc inventory put away transactions will ensure data integrity and reinforce confidence in decision making for inventory management. And finally, to round off spend management, we have expense to re reimburse, obviously. So we are continually, continuing to heavily invest in our expense products with extensive improvements to our UX, UI, and continued continued focus on the speed and accuracy of the submitters experience. With twenty five zero one, things are no different here, and it is built on the foundation of three key investment themes. So hyperautomating processes is the first one, optimizing resources is the second, and interoperating across systems is the third. So today, I'm gonna jump into the the the releases, or the this release, and, I'm gonna focus on the optimizing resources investment theme. So we're greatly improving the expense creation and compilation experience. I'll walk you through a demo shortly, but but very briefly, by leveraging receipt scans and credit card transaction data, Workday seamlessly generates reports for you. Related expenses within that given time frame are automatically grouped virtually eliminating duplicate entries and the hassle of manual creation. So users will simply review and submit. Another improvements across expenses like automatic hotel itemization, maps hotel related fields and itemized charges, real time notifications for Slack and Teams, and real time credit card authorization are all designed to free up your time and empower your team to work more efficiently. So I'm gonna jump into the demo now, and, let you watch this. Let's take a trip to Rising here as an example. You start with booking a flight where you'll obviously get an email receipt. You forward this to Workday, and it was automatically matched with the expense and populated into a trip that was created for you. The expense status shows here as transaction pending, similar to what you would see on a credit card statement. Workday is waiting for the clearing data, save the expense report, and go about your Workday. A few days later, you'll log in to Workday and notice that the clearing data has been received for that flight. You check on it via trips, remembering that the flight dates have automatically set this up for you, see your expense report is ready to be submitted, so you save and submit the report. Now that you are at Risen, you decide that your very hardworking team deserves a nice dinner, so you take them out. After the dinner, you upload your receipt. Again, Workday will have automatically received this transaction information, so the expense populated with the details that match to your receipt. From there, Workday Expenses uses AI to predict what the expense item is. You confirm that it is a team event, so you tap on that, select your team, which then automatically populates with the list of your attendees. So as you can see here under your rising trip, the flight booking set the date range initially, and now any expense that occurs within those dates will automatically post to this rising trip. This means that the trip expenses are now automatically created and compiled, simplifying the expense report process. So gone are the days of holding on to receipts, pouring over line items, or manually creating and adding related expenses. Instead, the process is simple, accurate, and fast. So that's it from, from a, spend management's perspective. Here's a quick summary slide of all all everything that we've released over the last little while. As I said, this deck will be sent out, so you'll be able to review it quite quickly. And here's the final, stop to replenish and expense to, reimburse. I appreciate you sticking around till the end, Devon, and thank you for your time. Greg, back to you. Thanks, Ian. Great stuff. And so, hopefully, this overview I know a lot of lot of capabilities this release, but that's a great thing. Right? So that just highlights the fact that Workday is continually in innovation. Right? Release after release and specifically focusing on Workday Illuminate AI. So, you know and and hopefully, you can see the value that it's bringing to our our customers within the office CFO. So I know we have about two minutes left. If you have any final questions on the q and a, please submit them to the q and a tab. I know that we've gotten a lot of, questions throughout the session. Some of them have been answered. If not, we will get back to you, as soon as possible with written answers. And so with that, I first wanna thank our fabulous Workday presenters today who brought this innovation to light And especially thank all of you, the attendees today who attended, for your precious time. We really look forward to speaking to you again in September for the Workday twenty twenty five r two release. So thank you very much, and have a, fantastic day.
