Transcript for "Cut Your Release Prep in Half: Master the Workday Adoption Agent for 26R2": Hello and welcome to the more from the course session, for the adoption agent. Here we're we're we're joined by a group of customers that I think I want to give a bit of context around. Some people on this call we might have been working with you over the last couple of months throughout the EA program of this agent. First of all I want to say a massive thank you to everyone in that EA program that's here today. It's with your continued feedback and engagement over the last number of months that we've been able to create the agent and the experience that customers can trust for this '26 or two release. We also have done a huge amount of work with enablement so customer success managers, marketing and so on to get the word out about the adoption agent. So there's a lot of customers here on the call today that weren't part of the EA program, might have heard about it and want to learn more. This session is all about telling you and showing you the value of the adoption agent, the experience we have for '26 or two, but it's also gonna show you new features, the road map, the the the the direction that we're going with this agent. So I'm really excited to go through that, with you here today. But before we dive in, I just want to do some housekeeping. This session does cover our roadmap future enhancements that have not yet been rolled out or released so please do not make any purchasing decisions based on the topics and we cover here today. We have an action packed agenda and so I'm going to do my best to get through it and make sure that there's time at the end to answer your questions. This session is all about taking you through this new agentic release experience. We understand there's so many questions that customers are going to have. We're going to answer as many of them, many of those questions as we can here today but know that we do have release notes. We do have a release note for the adoption agent. So if we can't get them to today, we'll also ask that you you post questions on the release notes and we'll get back to you there. But this session today, we're going to start with an introduction. I'm going to go at a high level then, kind of take you through the admin experience, the direction we're going and all the kind of areas that we're looking to target with the adoption agent. I'm Gonna do a live demo and just hope the the demo gods are with me because I'm gonna go from the point of configuration, so enabling the agent in your tenant, to running the agent, generating a report and then showing you the output of that report and showing you what your teams can do. From there we have a guest speaker and so we're going to hear directly from a customer in our EA program where they're going to tell you I suppose their experience of using the agent from the start of that EA programme all the way to the end and the impact that it's made. And then moving on we're going to kind of close out with some of the benefits of the agent in '26 or '2, and the roadmap as to what's ahead. Last bit of housekeeping, this session is recorded. We do give time at the end for q and a, and so please do pop your questions into the chat and there is a I believe there's a question section or a tab there for you. So please do throughout the the session ask your questions, and we'll try to get to as many of them as we can. We have a team behind the scenes answering them along the way, and helping us at the end then kind of, see and then visualise those kind of high priority questions too. We also have a survey at the end. There'll be a QR code for you to scan or to to go to to to give feedback on the the overall session. Okay. Without further ado, a little intro on myself and my name is Colm Lennon, I am the Product Manager here of the Admin Experience at Workday. I work specifically on the Adoption Agent and I've been working over the last couple of years on the adoption planning experience. Both of those, tools, we will be taking you through today. But I'm joined with Shannon Lawrence. Shannon, are you going to join me on stage and and do a little intro? Hi. Sorry about that. I have a problem getting on stage. I mean, I'm Shannon Lawrence. I'm the workday release and test manager for SolutionHealth, our health care provider hospital organization located up in New Hampshire, in The States. So, my main focus is, releases, the weekly updates, and quite other things, but, I do focus a lot on adoption planning and have been working with home for quite a while on trying to get the agent, up and running and to be able to be comfortable utilizing it. Thanks so much, Shannon. We're going to dive into your stories later on but maybe I'm just going to set a little bit of context for the group first. So to dive right in, I have this slide here taking a step back. Owning Workday, what do we mean by that and what does that entail for an admin team? So as admins, we know there's two major releases throughout the year. There's features that are rolled out on a weekly basis throughout the year but there's two major releases where a significant amount of updates or in innovations are released to your tenant. It's up to your team to try understand what's relevant and so that takes a bit of time in getting that understanding but also understanding what's changed, what you need to test, what you need to review, how you're going to do that. And that really does take away time from other strategic work initiatives that you may have happening in your organisation. These are kind of the three buckets that I have is, like, Workday releases, looking at your administrative team, and what we're doing to help Workday customers. In this session today, I'm gonna highlight the Workday release, how the adoption agent is simplifying the Workday release for you, how the agent then integrates into an in tenant experience to help your administrative team collaborate, work together, and track progress. And then finally, when we talk about our road map, I'm gonna highlight how we're gonna help customers get more value from Workday with, kind of our second skill that we're looking to to build, where we're gonna help you discover new features and discover value based on a value that you're looking to come or a business objective that you have. So there's very exciting stuff here. As we give you more time back from that had been spent previously managing the release. We're giving you that time to focus on adding more value, adopting more features. Okay, so to dive in, I'm now going to talk to a slide which kind of breaks it down to the past versus now when we talk about a Workday release. In the past or up to now, the Workday release and the process around it required a lot of manual work where teams were trying to understand what was relevant in that release. You would go to the what's new workday report, you would go through each feature, you would then take those features and look at your tenant to understand if they're relevant to your organisation or not and try to support the team in doing the testing and doing the reviews. It took quite a bit of time for that and it's through that six week window where there's a lot of pressure to make sure everything has been reviewed in order to to keep the system running as expected post release. Now looking at the agentic release experience, we have the adoption agent And the adoption agent puts all those release notes into context for you because it has an understanding of what your tenant configuration is. Okay? So it creates a report for you and it tells you each change if it's relevant or not. It tells you this is not going to impact your tenant or this is something that is will impact your tenant and we recommend you test or we recommend you your team review the change. Okay. That's the first part. The second part is taking it a step further. If we recommend we test, if we recommend a review, we'll give you step by step instructions on how to do that review. Okay? You no longer need to be an expert to do the testing, to do the reviews because the testing steps the adoption agent provides are in context of your tenant. Okay? The agent is tenant aware so it's giving you step by step instructions on how to perform the activities of testing, in context of your tenant. All this is to give your time back to reduce that stress throughout the the release period and throughout the year so you can spend more time on optimizing the workday experience. And now I'm gonna do a live demo. Okay. So I'm gonna just stop sharing my screen for just a moment. I'm going to to go in to the agent management hub. Okay? So starting from how do I configure the adoption agent? Okay. So the first thing you need to do is go into the agent management hub. You go to unregistered Workday agents. K? I'll now filter and and try find the adoption agent. It's in here. And I'm going to register that agent. Okay. I'll confirm registration, and I'm gonna go up to the overview still within the agent management hub. What I need to do now that I've registered the agent, I need to configure it for my tenant. Okay? So I'll configure, I'll select the adoption agent to configure, and the release impact analysis is the first skill of the adoption agent. So I want to turn that skill on and I want to set who is going to be able to generate the analysis. This is you're able to select security groups, so the people you would assign here or the security groups that you'd assign here are the people that should have access to generate the impact analysis. For the purposes of this demo, I'm just gonna say all users, for the the tenant I'm in. I'm gonna activate. Okay? This is essentially my configuration done for the adoption agent. I'm now going to go into adoption planning. K. Now because I've enabled the agent and I'm within the security groups, I'm able to see a banner pop up here on my overview page in adoption planning. Okay. That banner highlights that impact analysis for automatically available updates in the twenty six or two release is now available to generate. To generate analysis for '26 or two I'll click generate impact analysis and I'll select the release I'm interested in. Okay so '26 or two is what I want to focus on and from this I'm asked to select the functional areas of interest. Okay so you have to select one or more functional areas. For the purposes of this demo I'm going to select I think these are because these are the three that I've been doing before, just three random functional areas. Before you generate the report, you're able to see the total number of release notes that are included in that selection. Okay? So you can see there's nine release notes there. This selection that I have, these are all the enabled functional areas in my tenant that have at least one release note in preview status. Okay. So I'm just slowly going through this experience to highlight kind of some of the the bits that are important. The drop down, they're all the enabled functional areas and they're the only the functional areas that have at least one, release note in previous status. Okay? So if the feature has already gone to production, the status of that release note would be production. We're only looking and trying to help for this skill, the changes that are in preview and that are planned to move to production soon. We want to tell you the impact of that move and help you test and make sure things are gonna be okay. Now okay. So we have nine changes in this selection. I'm gonna generate my impact report. All nine changes are then populated into a table. So you can see all updates here. All updates are set to queued. I click refresh, and they will move into in progress. One second. These are the the demo gods. Sorry. No. One second. So I just selected the same functional areas. We have nine updates. Generate a reports. Click refresh. Just give me two seconds. Sorry, guys. Go back to it. And I'll stop sharing for two seconds and just see what's Okay. What I what I am going to do is get a a recording of of the agents. Just give me two moments. The the environment I'm in mustn't, be settled. Okay. I'm so sorry about this now, guys. I'm going to to go back to sharing my screen. I'm gonna take you through this experience. I'm gonna use the the the walk through. So I'm gonna just skip ahead. I've selected the Workday release I'm interested in. I've selected the functional areas of interest. So you can see customer accounts, customer contracts, and customers. This will then generate the table. K? So in this back, last week, there was only six updates in there. So there'll be six updates in the report that's then generated. Okay. You can see all those updates are in queued status. And when I click refresh, they moved to in progress. In progress in this scenario means the adoption agent is now reaching out to your tenant and is trying to understand exactly how each of these changes will impact your unique tenant configuration. Okay. Once the agent has then completed its analysis and you click refresh again, it'll start to give you suggested actions. Okay. So in this case, the agent has recommended a review. Okay. Along with that, you'll get a feature and impact summary, okay, both generated from the adoption agent and both in context of your tenant, okay, to help you understand why the agent is recommending a review. Then if you'd like more details, you can click more details and within there, you're able to see a test plan highlighting exactly the steps you should follow within your tenant to do that testing or do the review that the agent has suggested. And below you can see the agent actions. What was the goal of the inspection? What did it execute? How does it come to its conclusion? Okay. For more details, you have access to the the right side here to the release notes. So if you want to do a deep dive for each of these features after you've reviewed the the impact analysis, you're able to go directly to that release note and to see that. But once you have completed the analysis the agent has a suggested action for everything in the report. What you're able to do now is click the items or each one or two of the items all the items in that report and create adoption items. So now that their agent has recommended a test or a review you're able to assign them to team members, set the status as review required, assign them to the team member responsible for that functional area in this case Logan McNeil and assign the priority of that change. All the features then the release notes and the adoption agent will be populated within the adoption item and there will now be as of August 15 a link to each of those adoption items so you're able to track the progress of the team doing those testing, Combs the review. You can come in here. hi, Combs. Yep. Sorry to interrupt you. I think we if it's possible, if you can please make your screen a bit bigger or make it into full screen so that our audience can see on the full level, because it's not that easy to, see the fonts most likely. Okay. Yep. Thank you. you so much. Sorry about that. So you can see here, we have our feature summary, our impact summary. We have a link to the release note and a link to the adoption item that has been created for this change. That is the demo. I'm sorry the live demo didn't work out. It would have been maybe a bit clearer on this demo to share that with you. But, hopefully, you're able to get the the concept across, from what we have here. I'm going to go back sharing my screen. Now I can really talk a little bit about so if I go back into the live demo itself, I'm gonna talk about some of the feedback that we captured throughout the EA program. So even though this demo wasn't a success, I wasn't able to show you it live, customers in the EA program have highlighted the value and that's 100% they're going to use this during this release. It just cuts down the time, the complexity of trying to understand what is relevant for each change or like what change is relevant to your organisation. It helps with the release triage, you're not stopping in the dark hoping you're looking in the right place, The adoption agent is that a authoritative source, tells you where to look, tells you what requires review, tells you what requires testing. And one customer here said because of the adoption agent, they feel they're finally gonna be able to get a chance, to look at the setup required software, something that they hadn't had time to previously. That they're kind of three quotes from, our EA program that we've captured, But I'm gonna finish there and hand you off to to Shannon where she's gonna take you through the experience that she had. Thanks, Colm. Nice job with the demo. Let me go ahead and move over here. So I'll just walk through kind of where we were, from the start of the program, so I'll go to our talking points. So where we were before, during our testing, and after. So how we would review these configurations, and how much hours how many hours we would spend on the reviewing configuration setup. So this was prior to utilizing the impact analysis reports, for the releases and even for the the weekly, updates. And then I'll talk about the testing and, some of the frustrations that we had, some of the recommendations, some of, what we were seeing, and then the after piece of it. So how much time it has cut off from, the planning time for, creating the adoption items, and then the confidence that I had in presenting this to our executive leadership. So, when we first when I first were started working with Calm on this, you know, we went through. We got the agents all registered and everything. And, you know, people actually, let me just take a step back. So before implementing the adoption agent, what I would have to do is I would have to go through all of the release notes and then, me being having to know everything, HCM payroll and finance, sometimes I just don't know it all. So I would have to dig through configurations and spend quite a bit of time, and I'm sure everybody does that as well. So it's usually waiting for the what's new reports to come out to go through, spend that whole weekend prior prior, to meeting with my functional teams, and then I'd have meetings all throughout the week with my functional teams to go through all of the adoption items that are available, and that would be, actually available for us. Anything that doesn't apply, of course, I wouldn't talk to them about that. If I didn't let's see. If I could make a determination on what we're using, I would have to go back to our functional team, sometimes to other people, and kinda find out where we're at. And then, you know, I was always looking for a way to kind of cut that time out because at some point, you know, I would spend, you know, anywhere from an entire weekend, you know, to three, four days and then continuing to spend time on trying to figure out what we needed to test, what we did need to be tested, and not be wasting time of my functional team. So, during the testing, you know, I wasn't sure really how I was gonna feel about it, if it was actually gonna work. And so I got down to it and started playing around with the impact analysis report. At first, I was completely frustrated with it. It was not giving me the right statuses. There was no refresh buttons. There were it was it was very, very, very basic. When the analysis was being done, the expected results I was getting were terrible, and they were not what I was expecting at all. A lot of them were being labeled with failures, and I wasn't sure why we were getting failures because we did have zones areas enabled within our tenants. So I was like, why are we not seeing any type of, information in this report? Again, it wasn't it's and not only was it failing, it wasn't retrieving the information that I needed to be able to provide any recommendations or testing. So and then I'd have to constantly rerun it. And then at the same time, I was always getting different information. So it was like, okay. This is just not I don't like it. So I worked with Colm on that and just said, hey. What's going on with this? Why is it broken? I really don't like it. So as I provided the feedback, he was able to work with his team to enhance the enhance these reports and enhance, how I was using it and to see if I would like it. So I would continue to test, continue to make recommendations. I was able to provide feedback, through originally, we provided feedback with a spreadsheet, and then I was able to provide feedback in the impact analysis reports, in the preview tenant. And so from there, he was able to take that information and continue to improve on my experience and other users that were in the EAP program, and their experience. So I continued to test it and started seeing it actually work. So I was like, maybe I'll continue to utilize it. So, again, very frustrated. I didn't wanna go to my upper man didn't wanna go to upper management because we don't have UMA right now at this point. So this was a really good way to be able to play around with an agent to see, you know, to actually present this to management and show them the power of the AI agents and how much time that we can actually save and make our job we we can work smarter, not harder. So I continued to test, continued to work with Calm, and then started to think, you know what? I'm gonna do like this. So I'm gonna go into after the adoption agent testing. So once everything was stabilized and I started seeing better results, I was able to use the impact analysis report with ease. I just kinda got into a nice, groove on how I would utilize it every week after the new features were released, you know, running my reports, going through, double checking things, and I started to see how much time it was cutting back. So some weeks, we may have only seen a few different features come through, but then in some weeks, we'd see more. And I started timing myself and found that we have started saving about 70% of the time that we were spending or I was spending on reviewing each one of the features. Again, I have to manage all of the different areas and know all the different areas. And for those who do that as well, sometimes we just don't remember a reconfiguration on top of our heads. We have to go around and dig, and I didn't have to do that anymore. I was able to see that in the impact analysis report, or it would the impact analysis report would give me some areas to maybe go check. Because sometimes I don't always remember which task to look at or which report to look at. It was doing that. It was making my job a lot easier to go in and look at those reports, validate, okay, I use this, I don't use this. Do I wanna create an adoption item or do I not wanna create adoption item? 70% is huge from going from spreadsheets to the adoption planning hub to now using the agent for this. Now, just in the past, I think it was the past week or two, past two weeks, we were able to now start creating adoption items from the actual impact analysis report. So for those that utilize your preview tenant for the tracking of your items, you can actually take a look at your impact analysis report and select which ones from it that you wanna create, an adoption, item for. So instead of having to go to your what's new report, you could actually create it directly from the from the actual impact analysis. So that's a nice feature. The only thing is is that you do have to remember that you cannot create anything that is set up. It's an automatic available only because Workday doesn't know if you're gonna wanna set up something, so you can't really run the impact analysis on that. Now for for my team, I we do keep everything in we work our adoption items off of production. So I can run the reports and preview, and then I can create my adoption items from the what's in your report in production. But you can also create them in preview, and then you can use an EIB and you can actually run that in your production environment and create that there if it's something that you wanna do. It is a great time saver. I did test this out and it worked out, great. After all of this and after playing around with this for four or five months or so, I'm really starting to see the great progress that the agent has made, the confidence that I'm seeing in it. I was able to still continue to provide feedback. I was able to start seeing the buttons come out there. So we actually have buttons to use. We got to see the progress, when the reports were completed, things like that. We were able to start selecting the actual, release where before you couldn't select a release. We could start we could only select one functional area. Now we can select multiple functional areas. So I really, really got that confidence in this agent. So what I did is once I finally had that confidence, in the agent, I did go to our my director and presented this show, the power of the AI agent. And we she was absolute absolutely razzle dazzled by it. She really liked it. And so I said, you know, we wanna we wanna continue to utilize this, not have to worry about using an EIP program to be able to have this. And, you know, from there, I was able to actually finally convince my director to take this to executive leadership so that we can finally get, the UMSA contract signed. So in the end, it actually turned out really, really well to work with home on this and to play around with it and to test it to be able to kind of show how powerful these agents are. And I just wanna say, I just used it for my future release adoption planning. And since the what's new with Workday report was delivered to us late, three days late, I believe it was, we really didn't have much time because of having meetings already set up all this week. So I was actually able to really show that I could cut about 70% of that time off by running them, running it I ran it for all the functional areas. Just kinda broke them down by, you know, whether it was finance, whether it was benefits. I, you know, I grouped some together, and then had just clicked on it, let them run. And then I went through my report and was able to use the impact analysis report versus the what's new in workday report and really just start ticking off. This is not a good we don't I don't care about this. I don't care about this. It does not apply. And already have everything I think I'm dwindled down to about 15 features right now that I'm, still going through, and those are my setup, setup required features. So, it was great. You will absolutely love it. If you haven't tried it out, I definitely suggest to try this out. I believe it's gonna be in, GA this weekend. So I know Tom talked about that. So, you will absolutely love it like I do. And now I can actually spend more time managing other projects and working on other things and maybe even joining more EAP programs to to test out and play around with. So, thank you for listening to me. I'm a little excited about this. I kinda geek out on on this kind of stuff. So, it's been great working with home, and I'm gonna pass this back over to you home. Absolutely brilliant. What an incredible story, Jean, and thank you so much for sharing. Remember we will have time at the end for questions, those questions don't have to be just me, Shannon is here as well to take some questions so please do fire them in or come off mute at the end. But I have been scrolling through the questions that have already been left and the slides we have next should help answering those questions. So the first point, this agent is going GA on August 15, okay, so if you haven't been able to join the EA program or get into the EA program to date, All customers will be able to see the adoption agent on August 15 in agent management hub but UMSA will be required in order to configure it and use it. Okay, from that date as well flex credits won't be charged for the twenty six or two release but they will be charged in future. We will be leaving and updating the release notes for the adoption agent with a confirmed date as soon as we have it but just know throughout the twenty six or two release window and the following month we will not be charging for the adoption agent. So please get in there, use the agent. If you're a customer with a USA contract, you can do so and access the value that Sean has just spoke about. The agent is only available in your preview tenant is the next point so you can create your plan in preview and do your analysis set it all up there in your preview tenant or not yet in your production environment. All the configuration around the agent is done within ASOR and there are certain security domains there that you need to set up. All of the information there is provided within our admin guide. The admin guide as well, that will be deployed this week. We do have the release note available that has a huge amount of information in it on how to to set the agent up, what security is required, and kinda how to to do all of that. The last piece, as you've seen in the demo, you you do need to configure the adoption agent or the adoption planning experience to access the release impact analysis feature and that skill there. So configuring the adoption planning experiences is something else that we link to on how to set that up. So maybe just a summary of of everything we've gone through here, what you're able to benefit from in the 26 or two release. Really, like, speaking to that story, it's a more efficient release and, like, process, a release management experience. So creating that in tenant report the agent only looks at automatically available features. Okay so going back to the first intro of this agent we're trying to help you understand exactly what's going to impact your tenant and the automatically available features that are coming in the release or during the year, help you understand those, plan for them, test them, do the reviews so that you can have more time to focus on the setup required. We do that then I suppose looking at priority allowing you to assess all those changes based on what we suggest you do so if there's testing recommended, if there's reviews or if there's no impact. So it's a more efficient process to understand what you need to look at and then what you need to do for each change. A simplified planning experience in tenant to to collaborate and to track your activities. You're able to create your adoption items, assign them to individuals on your team. Adoption planning as a whole, we've a couple of out of the box reports, you're able to create your own reports to to show the unique insights your leadership team are looking for. So you're able to do that taking the reports the information from the release impact report into an adoption item and having your team access that information and quickly move through those activities to complete the testing and complete the reviews. The last point here is control. I did highlight there will be some out of the box reports to highlight those insights and show the progress to your team. You're able to create custom reports but just control in general around the agent, you're able to configure those security groups so it's only the people on your team that you want who are able to generate the analysis. Okay, so anyone with adoption planning domain will be able to view the analysis and view the adoption items but it's only those with with the the right security assigned to that skill that will be able to generate a report themselves. The last slide here really before we go into q and a is is looking at our road map. I spoke a lot about, I suppose, the now the twenty six zero two release, and this generally available skill on August 15 called release impact analysis. This skill focuses on automatically available features only, but what we've been doing alongside this is building our second skill. That skill is called feature recommendations and that will be going ea during '26 or '2 as well. Okay so you're going to the experience we're looking at there is you're gonna be able to select a value outcome, select the functional area or product area you're wanting to achieve an outcome for. If you're trying to reduce time to hire, you'll be able to put that information in to the experience and receive features, that we recommend, high priority features that will map to that outcome. So really helping you there. Then we look into kind of what's coming next. So '26 or '27 or '1 and beyond. Release Impact Analysis today it's only looking at that automatically available feature list. There is a lot more in the release centre and we want to help you with that. That includes looking at retirements so what features are retiring for your tenant, for your organisation, what you need to be aware of. We're going to expand the scope of the release impact analysis to look at retirements and to look at fixes throughout the year. There's fixes that are being rolled out on the you can see those in the release center. So what we're looking at for the adoption agent is to look at these again. This agent is going to be there week on week to help you understand exactly what's changing for your tenant, what your team need to review or test to make sure things continue to operate as you expect. The second part of that skill and feature recommendations we're not just going to give you a recommendation and tell you go search community to try understand how you implement this. The agent is tenant aware so we're going to on the back of that recommendation, you can ask for an implementation plan and we'll give you guidance on how to implement that feature. Okay? So really taking it a step forward. As you said there, when you have more time to look up set up required features, maybe it's not the set up requires in this current release that are the most value. Tell the agent what the value is you're looking for, and we'll tell you the best features to adopt. Because you have more time to adopt them, you can create a much better experience and achieve those outcomes in your organization. So some helpful resources, the adoption agent we do have our release note that is available today so do look that up on the release centre. Same with adoption planning, the adoption planning release note is available along with the admin guide, we will have our admin guide for the adoption agent published very soon and we have our community group there as well. If you're interested in joining the adoption agent EA group We have today there's over 125 active customers in that group. Incredible. Okay so it's a massive group but we're growing, we're open, we're interested in kind of building that engagement, that collaboration. As we continue to improve this experience and take on new skills, we're looking for customers to give us that feedback. So please do reach out after this, and and let us know if you're interested, in following us on this journey. And and now it's it's time for some q and a. So I'm hoping I've gone through some of those, the questions. First question I see there is, like, how to to join the EA group. I think if you're already in the adoption planning EA community group, maybe post a message in there or I'll post a message or reach out to customers after this session with a sign up form. We do have a sign up page that is taking registrations so I can I can follow-up with customers with a link to that so that I get your contact information and I can kinda follow-up with you after, the call? So that that's an action I'll take. I'll make sure that, the the team here follow-up with everyone on this call with the the sign up, if they're interested in working with us there. I'm gonna have a quick read through. I don't know, Shannon, if you've seen any questions that pop up there. But if there's customers there that want to come off mute, I think that is possible. Please do, let us know, but we'll Yeah. I oh, sorry. no. No. Go on, Sean. I I think a lot of the stuff has been around how people can utilize it, especially, I know you're talking like UMSA, MSA, flex credits, all that kind of stuff. So, that's been a big thing. I'm just trying to kinda go through here. People wanna know how many flex credits it's gonna use. Okay. Those are some of our biggest ones. Okay. So I'll shine a bit more light on that one. So as I said, so as I said, so if you do not have a say, contract, you won't be able to use this agent. That is that is key for twenty six or two. You don't need flex credits for '26 or two, you just need UMSA. Then when we have a confirmed date on which we will be charging for usage, flex credits will be required as well. The way this agent is going to be charged, I suppose this is some where there was some concerns people were saying 'if I just have the agent turned on in my tenant will I be charged?' The answer to that is no. You can enable the agent, you can have it there, assign the people to it who are able to generate the analysis. The flex credits are charged on a per release note basis. Okay, that's why when you're selecting the functional areas before you generate the report we tell you the number of release notes that are going to be included in that analysis. Okay? So in the scenario I showed earlier on there was nine release notes. When we have confirmation on the charge of this agent the charge will be per release note. Okay? And you'll be able to see them before generating the analysis how many release notes you're looking to analyze. I suppose, first and foremost, just keep it simple. For this release, you only need UMSA. And I think a few questions up there as well is, like, the the agent is purely focused on automatically available features. That's the skill of impact analysis. That's the skill that's going GA on August 15 and it's their second skill called feature recommendations. That's the skill that will be looking at set up required functionality over kind of all all releases, showing you highlighting new features that you should be adopting and configuring. Yeah. I think one of the biggest things to to really point out is that preview only. This is not in production. I have. seen a lot of it and been answering that and just wanted to bring that up again because I know that you said it and I said it, but the ACE preview is not in production. I don't think it ever will be production. I think it's in preview. So so this agent works in production or works in preview today. Yeah. So that demo, everything we're showing you today, it's all in preview. Okay? So when you think about the work they release, all those features go into preview. We're helping you understand what the changes mean, what the impact of that will be when they move to production. We are looking into, I suppose how the agent would operate if we were to move it into production. I don't have any more information on that. I know we've been asked from our EA group and it's been highlighted especially when we talk about creating adoption items, creating that plan and having an audit of it. Having that in production is highly valuable, so we want to support that. But to today, the agent is in preview. And, yeah, I suppose that's that's, yeah, a good good one to highlight there. So those questions in there are any documentation on how to enable the agent. We do have the release note that's available today but note that in the in that release note it will tell you to go to the agent management hub and follow those configuration steps that I went through on the call today. Until August 15, so until Saturday, when you go into the agent management hub, you will not be able to find the adoption agent. Okay So it's only when the agent goes generally available that you'll be able to find the adoption agent in that list and configure it and do the setup, from that point. But the release note for this is is available, and we'll be sharing that out, following this call. Another good point there is this, like, is that only specific customers can access it. It's available to all customers with, Workday core features so this Impact on Us is available to to all Workday customers. It's only UMA customers though that are able to use it, so it it we're work there are trying to encourage customers there to to to sign the UMSA so they can benefit from agents like this. Okay this is Sean's story there is a key use case there, a great kind of show as to the value that AI can bring an organisation, cutting time down, that's kind of what this agent is is doing, but you do need UMSA contracts to be able to use, any of Workday's GA agents. I think we have gone through majority of the questions there. A lot I do see a lot on the flex credits or the charge the agent. We've covered, who has access to us. We will, I I suppose we're we're we might just take, one more minute. If there's anything that we haven't covered, please do pop a question in there just so it comes to the list. There's a a lot of questions in there. If we haven't got to your question and there's particular things that we find there, after the session, do note that we will be following up. We'll try to answer all questions and make sure that the release note and all our documentation has all the answers that you need and to help your organisations make the decision to adopt and use this agent. It's a very valuable skill and we really want to get you and your organisation to benefit from it. So really appreciate everyone's time here today. Please do, share feedback. We do have the QR code here. So please, join Workday's community. Let us know, what you thought of this session. I I hope it was of value to you. We really appreciate having you here. K. And we can probably end the the call with that. Thanks, everybody.
