They each bring a wealth of experience in change management and Prosci, and they're here to share their insights and, of course, answer your questions about our certification program. So, Bryan, let's start with you. Could you please introduce yourself? Sure. Happy to do so. So I'm Bryan Carey. I am the vice president of delivery for the North American market at, Prosci, which includes all of our marvelous trainers who deliver the certification that that's who we'll be deep diving into a little bit. I saw somebody who's from a couple folks from North Carolina. I'm actually in Charlotte, North Carolina. I started my career at Bank of America where I ran the integration office for some of the largest mergers in the history of banking. I wish I had taken the certification course before I led those efforts, to be honest with you. We'll talk a little bit about that later. And, I've been with Prosci now for ten years, my first six years as an instructor, and the last four years leading the delivery team, the training team, and the instructor. So that's me. Thank you, Bryan. Betsy, could you could you please share a bit about yourself as well? Thank you, Rizio. So Betsy Bond. I am one of the executive instructors with Prosci. I have been involved with Prosci in teaching these programs or doing advisory and many other special projects for well over ten years now. Very proud to be a part of the team. I have a career and an absolute passion for change management. I've spent many years as a change management consultant like Bryan working on large, mergers and acquisitions, but also in health care, in nonprofit, in manufacturing, all kinds of different industries. So I've had an absolute ball throughout my career, and I'm very happy to be here today to talk to you about the certification. Vasil, back to you. Thank you, Betsy, and thank you both, for being here with us. So with that, let's start, dive right in. Bryan, Betsy, the floor is yours, and I will be back, I will be in backstage if you need anything. Thank you. Yeah. So as we, we talk about the first topic, I'm gonna talk a little bit about do a little bit of a of a commercial for Prosci and give you some background on where your certification fits in in the in the Prosci universe. But also wanted to give a shout out to Jason from North Jersey. I was born in Jersey City, Jason, so nice meeting you. So, it's all set right here. No one delivers on change success like Prosci. If you look up change management in Google or any of the search engines in the world, etcetera, you might find ADKAR before you find Prosci. And ADKAR is a Prosci, tool. So don't confuse ADKAR. There's many, many companies who leverage ADKAR, the the owner of ADKAR, the creator of ADKAR, and the ADKAR model, which we'll deep dive into and you'll learn about in the certification, is a Prosci, methodology. It's the centerpiece of our methodology. That AgCar model is based upon research. So one of the things that you'll discover about the certification and Prosci in general is that we are a research company fundamentally, and our research on change management has transformed into, training that we deliver vis a vis the the certification, all the advisory work we do, etcetera. And we have certified over a 150,000 folks worldwide. I think I probably certified a couple thousand myself. Betsy, I bet you you have done that or more. And when you look on LinkedIn for change management jobs or roles, they're gonna say, are you Prosci certified? So it's the globally known brand. So our goal is to partner with you to make you successful. The certification is a way of enabling you to do change management, not creating a dependency on Prosci to do change management. And 80% of the Fortune 100 companies have partnered with Prosci on that journey. So we can move to the next. So I wanted to, talk a little bit about the ecosystem of Prosci and put the certification in context of the greater ecosystem that you'll be participating in, once you become, a a partner or a member of the Prosci family, and we'd love to have you as a member of the family. Our, one of the things that we specialize in role is in role based training. So the certification course itself is all about the journey of a practitioner who is executing change management vis a vis projects and major change initiatives. But you're gonna discover in the certification, and Betsy's gonna cover this in a little bit, that there are critical roles that need to be played for us to be successful during major change. And, we have programs that emphasize those roles. For the certification course itself, you will learn about all those roles and the interconnectivity of those roles in delivering successful change. Prosci also offers, in addition to the training that we do and the research based information we can share with you, we do offer consulting services. So you're not alone on your journey. If you need to team up with anybody to actually execute change management on a go forward basis, our advisory services team is ready, willing, and able to help you. And then our IP, based upon their research, is critically important to your success, on a global scale or when you wanna scale up doing change management. So we offer licenses for organizations, etcetera, elearning, etcetera. And, again, it's all based upon research. So we can move on to the next. And this is really important to understand. So when you are certified in the Prosci methodology, you're actually going to learn how to execute change at three levels. I mentioned ADKAR earlier. The most powerful thing about ADKAR, I bet you'll get into this more, is the ability to scale ADKAR up and down. So the AdGuard journey and the tools that you leverage around moving people through their AdGuard journey can occur at multiple levels. Change doesn't occur unless an individual changes. So change management primarily is about moving Bryan, Betsy, James, Rocio, whoever, through their own independent journey of change as they're being impacted by a change. And so our model talks about moving individuals through their own individual change journey. You'll learn how to do that in the certification. But more importantly is you'll be learn how to scale multiple people moving through their change management journey in concert with the project so that when we go live, we actually are bringing all those individuals on their journey together and go live so they can have successful project outcomes. And then finally, in order to create a culture of change management across an enterprise, again, the Adhaar model and the certification positions you to understand that all those key roles and steps we talked about for an individual or a project to be successful are the same things we need to do at scale to make your enterprise efforts, successful. So we can move on from there, and I'm gonna turn it back over to Betsy. Thank you, Bryan. So let's talk about the certification, what the Prosci certification is all about. I'll kick off with just a few things that I think are the top notch elements that you'll wanna know about it, and that is that in this program, it's incredibly practical, and you bring in a real world project that you are working on. Now sometimes people say, hey. I'm not working on an active project right at the moment. I might have one coming up in the future or one that I finished in the past. And either way, you're gonna bring in something that's relatable and that you can apply what you're learning against, whether that's the the models, the tools, the full methodology. So that is definitely one of the major differences, I think, of this program. It's very immersive. People will will say this is an intense learning experience. You'll go very in-depth. It's very interactive. And you, you'll also have the opportunity to kind of validate your learning as you're going. Couple of fun facts about it. It typically runs as a three a consecutive day program, but we have some additional program offerings where we run it in five half day sessions, or we spread it out, put it on a weekend, put it over, like, a Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So we have some of these different formats. And, of course, we also offer it in a virtual or in person. In person is delivered both for an open enrollment style as well as often a preference for many of our direct, enterprise type clients. It's always facilitated by an expert. It's gonna be people like myself, like Bryan, who have worked on numerous projects, and we bring that experience to the classroom so that we can bring it to life for everybody there that that's there to learn. And then we also, realized we saw some trends in the people that were showing up and what they were working on. We saw a numerous number of people just coming in around health care. So we created a program that has its emphasis in terms of a case study and the stories and examples that the instruction team brings to the to the table that are health care based. And then we saw the same pattern for digital transformation. And, of course, we've seen the pattern for AI adoption, so that has been the latest one that we've brought forward. So many options out there. And and when you're ready to explore the best one for you, make sure that you're, exploring all those different, different opportunities for you to learn in the way that's gonna make the most sense for you. Of course, at the end of all of this, you will receive a badge. This is a certified, Prosci practitioner. We call it, it's the certification internally. Our nickname for it is the cert, because it is an intense focus, and you do walk away with a badge that you can then show your credentials in social media or, any any other place that you like. Now I think the best way for me to help you understand the certification is to give you sort of a day in the life. So let me walk you through some of the things to expect from the program agenda. As I mentioned, it is a three day standard offering. We do deviate a little bit from time to time, and we offer it, a few times a year in the five day format, or we spread it out a little bit. But, generally speaking, this is what you're gonna experience. So first up, let's talk about what's required to gain that certification. The first one is be present, and that means to show up, and I'll I'll talk about that in a second. We have some knowledge checks. That's to validate the learning as you're going. I'll explain those. They we're looking for an 80% pass rate there. And then the last one is to complete a presentation. Let me walk you through each of these. So be present. Hey. Let's just show up. Be present. Join the conversation. People learn the most when they're fully engaged. So we have a, highly focused on how do we get everybody involved in the conversation. It's not everybody's personality to be speaking all the time, but for those that like to, they can. And others, we can engage in other ways, back chats, emails, all those different types of things. We have a very short window of time where people are, are okay to to to not be present, and that would be you know, I have to go pick up my kids for a real quick or I have that half an hour. Absolutely can't miss meeting. We understand that life happens here from these programs, and we would just work with everybody. But, otherwise, we're asking people to be fully present for that certification. What does that look like? Well, what the way that we, run through this is it's seven to eight hours a day when it's set three day format, slightly shorter for the third day. We offer lots of, breaks, especially in the virtual format. One of the things that we learned as we went more heavy into the virtual delivery is, you know what? People need more breaks when we're sitting in just in one place staring at a screen or multiple screens. So bit more frequent of of breaks. So that's gonna give you lots of time for checking emails, stretching your back, giving your eyes a break. And lunch usually runs thirty, forty five minutes sort of time frame. So those knowledge checks, you'll see that I have them highlighted at the bottom of the screen. Two of them happen through the program at the end of the first day and the second day, And it is, an online online quiz that people do. It is 10 questions. So we're looking for eight out of 10 correct on that. And it very much is following the content of the program, and it's helping you validate that you'll those key concepts are really being absorbed. So this is, again, part of the certification model, and the instructing, team is there to support you and help you through. So that's that's the knowledge checks, the second requirement. The third thing that we look for is a presentation. So back to the point about how this is real world that you do a project, you apply what you're learning against a real project. Well, you do that by completing a presentation. So it's sort of sprinkled throughout the three days, but there's also time set aside for the third day where you will work on that presentation, and then you present to each other. So all the participants who are in this program and there's nothing there's absolutely nothing like taking something that you've recently learned and explaining it someone to someone else to really solidify your understanding. And we find most people coming back from the the delivering of presentations, big smiles on their face. You know, people are very supportive because they're all in the same game, and that is to to make sure that they're learning this. So that what's that's what happens as third requirement. Couple of other things to expect. You know, day one is certainly about laying the foundation, and we cover those those models that you hear about and that are often associated with Prosci. So Bryan already mentioned ADKAR. The ADKAR model is covered. But before that, we have this model called the PCT, the Prosci Change Triangle. What a great model. This one helps you understand, is my project likely to be successful? It goes through a whole series of questions. It's a wonderful model. I use it on all the projects that I work on, and that is part of what we dive into right away. Then, we look at some of the research. We just get comfortable with all of the key concepts around change. And then in that afternoon, we start walking through the full methodology. Day two, slightly different pace. We continue walking through the methodology, but it's very much what you could expect if you're attending for the second day is we're gonna cover a topic. As a group, we're gonna discuss it, and then we're gonna do some sort of application activity that might be working on your presentation. That might be a breakout activity. But the pace of the day is very much that rhythm of kinda learn, discuss, apply. When we get to the third day, we're gonna wrap up the methodology. We're gonna do, some great use. We're also gonna use looks like my camera just went. Let's set up. Get my right camera back. My apologies. It decided that it wanted to switch to my phone for some reason without me asking to it. But here we go. So on the third day, we're gonna work on a case study that is part of it. For example, if it was the health care program, it would be a health care case study. We'll we'll use that as a part of the activities. But then we have this big chunk of time that's available just for you to work on your presentations and to present to each other. And we always do a fun little graduation ceremony at the end. So team, that's what to expect as you kinda walk through and day in the life of doing the certification. I think that gives you a good sense of, of what's, you know, what's involved. So this is the full program agenda. Let me just zoom in on on that methodology. It's a three phase methodology. And through this certification, you get to go in-depth to each of the elements. We have three phases and each of those phases are broken into key stages. Our first one is all about the preparing our approach, doing lots of assessments. You know, we we do a risk assessment, we, look at upcoming resistance. We set up our governance structure. There's a lot of things. Ultimately, we're trying to create a strategy. Our phase two is about how do we manage the change? This is where we dig in and say, what are the the tasks, the plans, the activities that we're gonna do to let ADKAR happen? And what do we mean by let ADKAR happen? It means that people move through their ADKAR journey that represents their individual change journey. And the third one says, hey, we need our change to stick. So what are we gonna do to sustain those outcomes? And throughout this whole program, you see a huge focus on defining our success upfront. That's the very first stage, monitoring it, and making sure that we're gonna achieve it and sustain it. And that's what we're here to help our changes succeed. You know, one of the the things that happened in in my history is I had been doing change, management consulting for many, many years. In fact, before I even knew it was called change management consulting, someone described change management, and I said, wait a second. That's what I do. And I think that was back in 2003 or something. So I, after a while of doing it for many, many years, I decided I should probably go validate that I'm doing it correctly. And I asked around a bunch of experts that I knew, and I was pointed to the Prosci program over and over and over again. And I came through it, and I said, okay. Well, the good news is that I have been doing things more or less correctly. The better news is that I now have this amazing set of tools that's applicable, that I can use, that I now have in my back pocket. I start I had tried to create some of these things on my own, and I tell you, I didn't do as good a job as Prosci did. And it was, it was a real wonderful and turning point for me. K, Bryan. Why don't I hand this one back to you? Yeah. So I'm gonna try to do a nice summary of all the goodness that Betsy just described in the what we see as the three primary benefits of becoming a Prosci certified change practitioner. Obviously, this is not all the benefits, but, in summary fashion, you're basically becoming a member of the world leading, change management methodology, the most renowned change management methodology known. And, what I would what I'm gonna talk about in one of the examples I'll give in a little bit is the difference between the people side of a project being the soft side of a project versus the people side of a project being just like project management, the research backed framework to drive results that occurs in concert with the the diligence and the rigor of a project methodology. So it's not about making people happy. It's not making about people making you feel good about the change. All those those things are are nice things to have along the way, but it's really about the fact that you're gonna have skills to actually move people through that ad card journey to get better project results. You're gonna have that skill set coming out of that. And then it's it's a known, as we mentioned earlier, the badge that you get is something to wear in prideful fashion because you're part of a community of folks who are experts in executing change management. So it's a way of advancing your career. I've had many folks I've bumped into people at the airport to come up to me and go, Bryan, do you remember I was in your class seven years ago, and I now run the project management office for this big bank, or I now run the transition office, or I'm running the merger for a manufacturing company, or this got me kick started into my consulting career. So definitely, it's it's something to put on your resume, but it's also a real thing that you will use in everyday life as well as in, in in work. My wife tells me often, please do not add Carmi again, Bryan. It's going to help your projects be successful, and this, I think, is the most important thing to understand. If somebody asks you, why should I spend the money on sending you to the ProSci certification class? It's because by going through the certification class, you will understand all the things to do to drive better return on investment for any project you're executing. Because return on investment is based upon not only the project being successful on time, on budget, etcetera, but the people who are going to have to be impacted by the project or utilize the new solution, they have the ability at go live to have adopted the change, have been able to, utilize the change, be proficient in the change, and therefore, you're going to get a better return on investment for your project. It delivers measurable results. A higher adoption of people leads to that measurable ROI. Okay. So we're gonna go to some of the top questions that we get asked all the time, but I'm also seeing that our q and a section has lots great questions in there. Remember that you can go in there and take a look, and you can vote up. You can vote on the questions that you wanna answer. We're gonna answer those with the most votes first, after we go through the ones that we we know we get asked all the time. So the first one up is how valuable is this certification for my career, and what recognition does it have? And I I know Bryan already covered a little bit about that. But, Bryan, would you like to expand? Yeah. Sure. So, how valuable is certification in my career and what recognition does it have? Just go to, LinkedIn and look at any job where they're looking for a change practitioner or somebody with expertise in change management, and they'll ask for, are you Prosci certified? And, and in many of the requests for proposal that Prosci does on the advisory side, we'll have within the request for proposal that it's a requirement that the folks executing change management are Prosci certified. So there are times that we actually compete on the request for proposal with the Deloitte's and the Accenture's and the, the Baines and etcetera etcetera. And their people have been trained in the Prosci methodology. So, it's valuable from that perspective, and that's the kind of recognition it has. It gets you indoors quickly. But, also, the value of the certification is you just become better at what you do. There's just no doubt about it. One of the things that is so important these days is data driven decision making, and you're gonna be put in a position to have a toolset, a way of thinking, a rigorous methodology based on research to become a better business person and make better data driven decisions for you and your company. Thank you, Bryan. K. So that is one of the popular ones. Here's another question we get all the time. What are some real examples of how I could use this in my day to day? So I would love just to see this come into the chat ball, to be honest. I'm watching some of the chats come through, but what are the problems that you're trying to solve? That's the question I would ask you. What what are the challenges that are in front of you when you think about those initiatives that you just absolutely need to be successful? What is it that, you are saying is is some of your biggest challenges. Try to articulate that a little bit. I think that would be a really good shared experience in terms you can see if we've got some common problems. I'm also gonna say the other place where this depends on is what is your role? So are you working in communications and you're trying to make sense of how to communicate to people during kind of the life cycle of a long initiative? Are you a project manager knowing that you've really locked in on how to do the technical side of change, but you're struggling with how to do the people side and how to get people to to adopt, to embrace, to use, to engage with the change? Are you a sponsor? Are you a leader of people who have to change? Are you the change practitioner? Each of those questions will drive how you can get some some real values. So real examples, let me play one out. Perhaps Bryan has one as well. Is this session is talking to us today about the certification. Yet we have programs that are dedicated to just sponsors, to just people that do project management. These are one day programs. They're they're, in-depth, but they don't have that intensity of the three day certification. They're not certification type programs. They're about how do I understand where I as, for example, a sponsor of change fit into the broader ecosystem of change. So a real life example would be I'm sponsoring a change. I don't know how I'm supposed to show up. And we would teach, and we call it the ABCs. We'll give you a little foreshadowing. The ABCs of sponsorship, We would teach a sponsor on how they show up. What's a real example for a practitioner? You'll get tools such as the PCT, I mentioned earlier. It's a 40 question assessment that's done with a group of people from different roles, project management, your sponsors, business experts, and then allows you to have some of the richest conversations that you're gonna have around whether or not your project is headed for success or if it's in a situation of risk. It's something that you get to do over and over throughout the life cycle of your project. Incredibly valuable. We have examples that come within the certification program that are for how do I do a lot of people done stakeholder analysis. We don't really use that term much anymore. What we wanna understand is what is the degree of change, and we have a a tool that allows us to look at the 10 different aspects that truly impact people's jobs, so it really makes a difference to them, and evaluate that in a robust way so we have a real sense of how we need to support them. Those are just a couple of examples. Do you wanna add one to that, Bryan? Yeah. A couple things real quick. Just simply being able to answer the question, what is my role in change at my company? And then what are the other folk roles in change at the company that we need to put in place to be successful? And an example of being able to scale up and down, one of the tools that you'll learn is called a risk grid. And the risk grid is gonna position you to understand the complexity of the project in comparison to the resistance in the organization to the project. Highly resistant project, very complex project. We're gonna need a lot of change management tools, a lot of sponsorship, etcetera, etcetera. Low low risk of a, resistance. People are willing, able, and wanting the change, expecting the change, looking forward to the change, and it's a very simple implementation. That could be as simple as walking through the Adcar model and saying, who's gonna sponsor it and what awareness message do we need to share? Who are the groups impacted and how might we need to communicate with them? What does training look like? And let's make sure we share the awareness message and the desire message before they show up to training. And, this is really applicable to a question I keep seeing from Nicole. And I think it's Nicole, and I apologize if I'm getting the name wrong, but overwhelming amounts of change at a start up to compound. Now we use this risk grid to deal with, change complexity and change saturation. This tool allows you to understand which of the initiatives in your start up have the most risk and the most impact, which of those, and what groups are impacted by it. And it puts you in a position to prioritize the change and which ones you're gonna send spend resources on and which ones you might afford to not spend as many resources on. So, I'm not sure if that answers Nicole's question exactly, but I think it's in the spirit of answering the question. Yeah. I'll give you an example of the real world. I was invited in. I just noticed Ken talking about a big change for US sales organization. I was invited to to join a large manufacturer sales organization doing a global change to their sales structure, bringing together three distinct areas into one. I was asked to come sit and listen as the CEO was hearing the strategy for approval, so I could leave and provide the change strategy. So that's all fine and well. The next day, they said, well, Betsy, why don't you percent? So I didn't they hadn't asked me I had a time, they they just asked me last minute, and I said, no problem. And I stood up and I drew the triangle that represents the the Prosci, and I said, let me tell you what we need for change success. I could explain it in about fifteen seconds to to that group of executives, and I could show them exactly what some of our next steps had to be. And this is how these tools become real very fast. They're so easy to understand and grasp. Yeah. And I'm gonna go off script a little bit, but Indira is asking the question. I took training back in 02/2018. Is it the same? Is it refreshed? And it has been refreshed since 02/2018, and there are many options to for you Indira to go through maybe our map program. Our map program is a program that's gonna leverage what you've already done in 2018 and get you up to speed on the changes since 2018 and the different cool tools that are available since 02/2018. So why choose the I'm sorry. Go ahead, Bryan. Yeah. You you you go right ahead, Bryan. I was just gonna Why choose prototype certification over other change management training programs? Well, first of all, you get to work with Betsy and Bryan. I think that's pretty cool. I think that's a primary reason to, work with us. But it's what it's a summary of some of the things we've said. So when I first got when I first leveraged Prosci and went through the training, I was running mergers at Bank of America, and we had major problems with bringing banks together and people from the one bank joining the other bank actually feeling good about it, embracing the change, getting up to speed on the change, being effective and efficient in the change. And one of the reasons was we treated the people side like the soft stuff. It's not that important. Just send them the training. And when I went through the Prosci certification, what I learned was a disciplined, myth methodological approach to a rigorous approach to executing change, not just the philosophy. Many of the other I think they're all, have good parts to them, obviously, but many of them are philosophy based or more, top down as opposed to actually how do you execute change on a project? How do you get it done? How do you decide which projects you need change management and which projects you don't need change management? How do you decide how you're gonna get better ROI on a given initiative? How does it resonate with leadership? That those are the things to me that make a difference. It's rigorous. It's research based. It's it's a it's a prescription of how to do work. It's not monolithic. It's scalable. You can scale it up and down. And so to me, those are the primary reasons for choosing Prosci over some of the other programs. Yeah. And Bryan and I have both had exposure to the other programs. I've worked with, alongside the big consulting firms and many of the other experts in the field. I've been attending different conferences my you know, for decades just to kinda learn from others. And, I have experience with them. This one has that practical approach that I personally love, and that's why I'm here at this table. So, when should you plan I love this question. It comes up so often. When should we plan to do change management training? And I'm just gonna say super fast, as soon as you can. It's meant to go as project management starts, you're doing change management alongside. Bryan, would you add anything? Yeah. Absolutely. So I wanna, I wanna semantically talk about the word training in this question. Right? So there's a there's a difference between training, you go to the certification course, and training that you do as part of your project. Right? So all projects have training that is done when we, bring people on board to either new technology or a new process, a new product, a new sales approach. And so we would suggest highly that you get certified in the methodology. But then when you think about a plan for executing the project and where training comes in vis a vis the project, we want to understand the solution of the project, the the start date, and the go live date. Now we can hang the Adcar model off of that project plan, and we know that here's where we wanna be in six months. So at the beginning of the project, we need to align the Adcar model and hang that off the project plan. Right? So we need a sponsor to create awareness of the why early in your project. We need managers who happen to be the most resistant people to change and the most important for dealing with resistance in the organization. It's a paradox within an enigma, but we got a plan for it. And that's the desire step, creating desire and people to participate and understand what's in it for them before we send them the training, which is the case step in ADKAR. Right? So we're gonna plan training after they understand the why and then what's in it for them because then they show up understanding the positive nature of why they're at the training as opposed to just showing up because it was scheduled. And then this creates a situation where we can move them towards the second AME, AdCar model or ability. And our goal is to get all of the groups of people impacted by the project aware, desirous, trained up, knowledgeable, and then have the ability at GoLive to execute the change before then post, GoLive, we actually reinforce the change. Thank you, Bryan. Okay. One more, and then we're gonna go to the questions in the q and a. Can the training be customized? And, I'm gonna say that truly every program is customized in that you're showing up with your own project. So you make it your own by showing up with the project that is top of mind for you. You're following the structure of our, of our training, but you're getting a very unique experience because what you're applying it against. When it comes to working with a open enrollment style program, everyone's gonna get the same teaching track with their own unique experience project. If we work with enterprises directly, then there's other options, and I would just invite you to start that conversation with somebody at Prosci. Now with the the time going here, I wanna move us into our live q and a. I've been watching the questions. There's some great ones and based on the votes, I'm gonna read them out. So let's go in. Once, it says once you get certified, are there requirements for continuing education credits to keep, to keep your certification alive? And, as that stands right now, we do not have continuing education credits as part of our certification. And, you know, if you want to continue your journey with Prosci, there are numerous options. Last year, we launched an advanced certification that is following this certification with four specialized programs that are, what we call model mastery. So very deep dives into the key tools like ADKAR, like PCT, like how to measure your success of your project. And after you do some of those, you can get an advanced credential. So you have a journey that you can go on, but there isn't a, requirement. Bryan, you wanna add to that or shall I jump to the next question? No. Let's go to the next. We got that one covered. Great. Could you please elaborate on which tools we are getting access to when completing the program? So there's quite a few. When you get the certification program, you have access, to an online suite of, we call them hubs. There's one for research. There's one called knowledge hub, which is a very well organized, section of all the content that we cover in the program. You get access to all the tools in PDF format. There's access to an online tool called Proxima that is moves in alignment with the methodology, so it has online tools as opposed to using PDFs. And again, depending on the relationship, that you have and and, when and and who you do the certification, you get access to that for a period of time after the program. So all of that is available. So that richness, I don't see in other programs, that comes to life. Bryan, anything you wanna add? Yeah. What I would add is, when we think about the toolkit, one of the things I ask folks at the at the end of day three of the certification is, which tool are you gonna use first? What's the biggest lesson learned you had in this class, and where are you gonna focus? So it's the old saying, if you don't use it, you lose it. So one of the things I would suggest when you get the toolkit is practice with it, leverage it immediately, and identify the pieces of the toolkit that add the most value to the thing you're working on at that point in time. Thanks, Bryan. The next question is saying, if I do the AI adoption, do I have to do the standard certification first? I'll give very quick answer. No. They are one in the same. The difference and the huge value that comes with the AI adoption is that everybody who's in the room that you're learning with is working on an AI adoption style project. The difference is the case study that we use. The difference is the instructor is experienced in the AI adoption realm. They've worked on it. They have stories to come in and and talk to you about. So it's about that very rich, rich dialogue, The actual methodology and the tools that you receive exactly the same. Okay. The health care focused, more around, doc office and patient interaction or about health care business insurance. It's, the case study that we use there, Jason, is about, a implementing of an EMR. So an electronic medical record is the case study based. So it is more about primary care versus kind of the ecosystem in and around. Though, I as this is one that I teach, I do see people coming in from all different areas. Okay. The next one is what is the difference between the standard Centimeters version and the digital version? I'm not sure I know that question. I'm gonna assume it means in person versus, virtual. And the difference is one, you're together in a room versus one it's online. And having taught many of, both styles, I think they each have their very strong benefits. There's things that I absolutely love about the virtual in terms of the way that I can interact with people and private chats. And there's the way that I can just look people in the eye and shake hands when it's face to face. And in the end, I think it comes down to learning style. Though most people who come to the virtual sessions say, I don't know how I'm gonna do three days online. At the end of it, they're saying, wow. That was the best three days of online learning I've had. So, there's some magic there. Now we are getting down to the the last few, minutes here. Lots more questions coming in. I'm gonna answer one more and then I'm gonna hand it over to Rocio. The question is here. Do you strongly recommend trying to do the in person rather than the virtual Ken? So just like the previous question, I'm gonna say very much depends on on your preference. I believe in the virtual offering. I think it's very strong and you will get the same learning from it. Some people have a preference for in person. The last one is about, Prosci compared to CCNP. So CCNP is this change, the certified change management professional that comes from the ACMP Association of Change Management Professionals. That's a lot of acronyms I know. Prosci, is a one of the trusted partners for providing training, which is a part of earning the CCMP. CCNP is a is a bigger product. So, it it it's not I can't say it doesn't compare. They're just all part of the same ecosystem and they serve each other. So, Andrew, if you wanna reach out and and talk about that, I'd I'd be happy to explain more. Let me hand over to Rocio, and we've got lots of questions we'll try to follow-up, after this session. Thank you, Bryan and Betsy for all the great insights, for being today with us as well.
